Pre-Adoption Consultation – the process of discussing medical and developmental issues and adoption choices with prospective parents;

Child's Medical History Assessment – review of medical records, photos and videos (if available) prior adoption;

Pre-Adoption Medical Examination of the Child on Site – I or my associate along with prospective parents goes to the local orphanage to evaluate the child and medical records. If necessary or requested by prospective parents blood specimen could be drawn on site and then different blood panel could be performed in Moscow.

At the office, Mon trough Fri from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM – $95.00

Pre-Adoption Consultation – $100.00

Child's Medical History Assessment – $250.00

Pre-Adoption Medical Examination of the Child on Site

one family looking to adopt one child – $700.00 plus round trip air fare and hotel accommodation expenses for the physician,
one family looking to adopt more then one child – $700.00 for one child plus $250.00 for every additional child plus round trip air fare and hotel accommodation expenses for the physician.
